Titles: A $60.00 administrative fee will be added to the purchase price of all titled items.  T itles will be mailed via Certified U.S. Mail in ten (10) ban king days from date of satisfactory settlement. Removal and Storage: All purchased items must be removed from Auction Si te within fifteen (15) business days of sale. All items rema ining after that date will incur a storage fee of $50 per da y per item. Storage fees will continue per day up to 30 days after original purchase date. Items remaining on Auction Ya rd past 30 days will be considered abandoned with no recours e from the buyer\, and Auctioneer may resell all items per t erms under Failure to Settle section above. Storage fees wil l continue per item until that item is resold. Warning: Anyo ne caught damaging an item will be held responsible for the difference of auction price and Auctioneer appraisal\, as wel l as any legal action taken by owner. Trading: Trading lots on yard between the purchaser and another Bidder does not al low for the item to bring best possible price for the Consig nor\; therefore\, anyone trading on the Auction Yard will be c harged a commission of 10% or $250 whichever is greater. Removal Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am until 3:30pm LOAD OUT PROCEDURES • All items that c an be loaded with the assistance of a forklift will be loade d at no charge. Other load out assistance is charged at $50/ per hour (1 hr min).
